Owen, Galloway & Myers PLLC maintain their offices in the Owen Building on 25th Avenue. 

The original construction of the Owen Building occurred sometime between 1910 and 1911. After the building was acquired by Joe Sam Owen, it was renovated extensively to present an old New Orleans flare. The building is designed to present a New Orleans atmosphere and is considered a vital commercial improvement to downtown Gulfport.

The Owen family presence in Gulfport, particularly on 25th Avenue, has existed for over 90 years.
