Daniel graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law with Honors in the field of Criminal Law in May of 2015, and joined the firm in May of 2016. During his time at Ole Miss Law, Daniel served as a limited practicing attorney in both Alabama and Mississippi. In Alabama, he served as a limited practicing attorney on the staff of the Mobile County District Attorney’s Office for the Hon. Ashley Rich. In Mississippi, he served as a limited practicing attorney with Ole Miss Law’s criminal defense clinics, the Criminal Appeals Clinic and the Mississippi Innocence Project. Daniel also operated as the Senior Notes Editor for the Mississippi Sports Law Review and the Secretary for the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity, for which he received the Edith Waits Turley Scholarship. Prior to attending law school, Daniel graduated from Auburn University and received his Bachelor of the Arts degree in Radio, Television, Video and Film.
